How this check works
We fetch your public homepage HTML, the same way a browser or a bot would see it.
We check for tags hardcoded directly in the HTML: Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Ads, TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, Hotjar, and Microsoft Clarity.
A tag configured only inside a GTM container is not visible this way; a present GTM container without a direct tag is not proof that tag is missing, only that it is not visible from the outside.
Server-side events (Conversions API, server-side GTM) are never visible from public HTML; that gap always needs a login to your own tag manager to confirm.
