Terms of Service

1. The Service

GeoHero ("Service") is operated by an individual entrepreneur based in Brazil, doing business as "GeoHero" ("we", "us"). The Service is a self-service analytics product that measures and reports how a brand appears in AI answer engines (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Microsoft Copilot) and in organic search, using publicly available data obtained through licensed third-party data providers.

The Service analyzes, diagnoses, generates recommendations and content drafts, and instructs. The Service never accesses, modifies, publishes to, or executes anything on your website, accounts, or systems. Implementing any recommendation is entirely your decision and responsibility.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and be authorized to act for the business you register. You are responsible for safeguarding your login. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Purchases, Billing & Refunds

• Reports are sold as one-time purchases — there is no subscription and nothing recurring to cancel. Payment is processed through Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
• The price shown at checkout is charged once, in full, before the report is produced. Taxes may apply based on your location.
• All sales are final. Each report is bespoke work produced and delivered specifically for the domain and competitors you provide, as digital content. We therefore do not offer refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or dissatisfaction with the findings. The report measures how AI engines actually represent your brand — an unfavorable or unexpected result is the finding you paid for, not a defect in the Service.
• The only exception is delivery failure. If a technical failure on our side means your report is never produced or made available to you, you receive a full refund. This is the sole circumstance in which a refund is issued.
• At checkout you expressly consent to the immediate production and delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive any statutory withdrawal or cooling-off period, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. (Where local consumer law grants a non-waivable right — for example a consumer purchase under the Brazilian Consumer Code — that right continues to apply and prevails over this clause.)
• Prices may change at any time; the price that applies to you is the one shown at your checkout.

4. Fair Use

Each plan includes defined scan volumes (prompts, engines, competitors, frequency). Automated abuse (bulk domain scanning beyond plan limits, scraping the Service, reselling raw data) is prohibited. We may rate-limit or suspend abusive usage.

5. Data & Intellectual Property

• Your reports are yours. You may use, share, and reproduce reports generated for your account.
• The underlying methodology, software, and aggregated/anonymized statistics are ours.
• Data about your brand's presence is collected from public sources via licensed providers; we do not warrant those sources' completeness.
• Content drafts generated by the Service are provided for your use without copyright claim by us; you are responsible for reviewing them before publication.

6. Important Disclaimers (read carefully)

• Measurements are observational estimates. AI engines are non-deterministic and change frequently; results vary between runs, regions, and accounts. Where sample sizes are small, the Service labels results accordingly (e.g., "single sample, no confidence interval").
• No ranking or citation guarantees. The Service reports visibility and recommends actions; it does not and cannot guarantee that any engine will cite, rank, or describe your brand in any particular way.
• Not professional advice. Reports and recommendations are informational and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including business decisions made based on reports.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time; because purchases are one-time, there is no subscription to cancel. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms with notice. Reports you have already purchased remain available to you for at least 30 days after delivery.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the operator's domicile in Brazil.
